Welcome to the Erstwhile website FAQ. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

SHIPPING POLICIES

We will ship your order within 5 working days. Please allow 5-10 working days for your order to arrive depending on your location. Please let us know if you need your order delivered at a specific date and we will try our best to accommodate the request. However any delivery date or time specified by us is our best estimate only, and Erstwhile will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any unreasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Orders are subject to availability. You may be required to pay further shipping charges where a change in delivery date or delivery address is requested by you.

PAYMENT

We offer safe online shopping using your credit card or paypal account. We are also able to accept direct deposit for Australian customers. Fire us an email if this works best for you, and we'll send you an invoice with our bank details.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

The size and colours are clearly listed for all items, unfortunately we don’t refund for change of mind. We are able to exchange orders once we have received the item back in sale-able condition, with original packaging and tags still intact. Goods must not have been used and/or damaged and should be returned within 14 working days of purchase date with original invoice or payment confirmation. We will provide you with a refund at our discretion for any items that are faulty, or different to the goods that you ordered. Please note sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Sorry we can not refund original or return shipping charges.

IN CASE OF A DAMAGED DELIVERY

If any damage occurred in transit we will send you a replacement artwork. In order to process the replacement and assess the damage was done in transit, please take photographs of the damaged item as well as any external damage to the packaging. Please send pictures and a description of the damage to [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. It is your responsibility to hold on to the product in the damaged condition received including packing for an inspection by our shipping provider as part of the claim processing.

CANCELING YOUR ORDER

If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please send us an email to [email protected] as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to cancel or change your order as per your request. However, items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled, but can be exchanged.

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE

PRIVACY POLICY

Don't worry, your personal info is safe with us! We do not sell or rent your info to any of those annoying spam people. We hate them as much as you do.

This includes without limitation all intellectual property rights in respect of all text, graphics, logos, images and software that are included in this website. Erstwhiles' ownership of, or licensed right to use, such intellectual property, is protected by both Australian and International law.
