Welcome to the Erstwhile website FAQ. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.


All orders are shipped using a registered post service whereby you can track your order easily and in a timely manner. Delivery is within 5 working days for Australian orders, and 5-15 working days for International orders, (for in-stock items only). Please allow two additional days for locations outside of metropolitan areas. Any delivery date or time specified by us is our best estimate only, and Erstwhile will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any unreasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Orders are subject to availability.You may be required to pay further shipping charges where a change in delivery date or delivery address is requested by you.

We offer safe online shopping using your credit card or paypal account. We are also able to accept direct deposit for Australian customers. Fire us an email if this works best for you, and we'll send you an invoice with our bank details.


The size and colours are clearly listed for all items, unfortunately we don’t refund for change of mind. We are able to exchange orders once we have received the item back in sale-able condition, with original packaging and tags still intact. Goods must not have been used and/or damaged and should be returned within 14 working days of purchase date with original invoice or payment confirmation. We will provide you with a refund at our discretion for any items that are faulty, or different to the goods that you ordered. Please note sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Sorry we can not refund original or return shipping charges.


If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please send us an email to as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to cancel or change your order as per your request. However, items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled, but can be exchanged.
